SYNOPSIS

This comedy thriller will keep you guessing right through to the end. Red herrings and twists abound. Selwyn Piper is a suave, dashing, celebrated crime novelist and critic who fancies himself to be the world's foremost murder expert. His ex-wife, a tempermental acress named Imogen has good reason to see Selwyn dead as she stands to inherit a sizable fortune at this demise. Mr. Piper's attractive young secretary and a wacky amateur detective from the flat next door attempt to solve the murder puzzle - but who is next? Who is really whom they say they are - and who is actually dead? Produced by special arrangement with Samuel French Ltd., London
