Synopsis
Toby, failed movie critic, has reached the end of his rope. While trying to tie up loose ends he finds an old picture and remembers a promise that was made thirty-one years ago. A promise to a girl named Marissa to meet up and rekindle an old flame. Thirty-one years is a long time. Will Marissa remember the promise? Will Toby live up to the memory of that long ago day? Can time heal ALL wounds?

About the Author
Canadian screenwriter and playwright Doug Bowie has written a wide range of film and TV dramas including The Newcomers, The Boy in Blue, Chasing Rainbows, Love and Larceny, Grand Larceny, and the Christmas perennial Must Be Santa. He has won an ACTRA Award for the hit CBC mini-series Empire, Inc., and a Gemini Award for an outstanding body of work in television. His stage plays include the award-winning comedy The Noble Pursuit, Goodbye, Piccadilly, Love & Larceny (the musical), Rope's End, Till It Hurts, and Somewhere Beyond the Sea, which premiered in June, 2012, at The Thousand Islands Playhouse where he is playwright-in-residence.

About the Director
Christine Killing (nee Fournier) started working with the Huronia Players in the winter of 2007/2008. Her first acting role was as 'Peg' in Bathroom Humor. Since that time she has acted, stage managed, designed sound, lighting, and costumes, been the front-of-house manager and performed in the Christmas on Broadway members-only evenings. She has also directed two short scenes for Studio nights but this will be her full-length directorial debut. Christine is a Registered Massage Therapist and married to technician Jonathan Killing. Who knew being involved with community theatre could lead to finding the love of your life?
